Thank you for choosing Design Perfection Products. We are dedicated to providing you with the best haircare experience and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. If 24 hours have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@designperfection.co.ke or call us at +254797235300 within the specified timeframe. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned item.

Please note that certain items, such as personal care products or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
